Q: How can I deploy a change in my development system to my RegTest and production environment?

Q: How can I add more users to the iCore Administrator or iCore Tools?

Q: Which public IP addressess do my integrations use when communicating from iCore Cloud Services?
A: Depending on the environment, the following IP addresses will be used:
- Production: 13.94.189.153
- RegTest: 40.118.84.170
- Development: 13.94.189.136
Q: I have lost my username and password, what should I do?

Q: Can I use the iCore local tools in the cloud environment?

Q: How can I get help designing or developing an integration solution?

Q: When trying to open a Node file in iCore tools, I get the message "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action."
A: Please set an Internet Media Type, in the specified Node type, compatible with a Windows standard file format, such as "text/plain".
Q: Can I run UAT tests for my integration scenario in the test environment?
A: No, the RegTest environment is exclusive for regression testing. Please contact our service centre at support@icore.se to order an UAT environment.
Q: For how long will the nodes remain in the iCore system?
A: By default nodes will be kept for 7 days before being removed. If you wish to extend or shorten this time period, please contact our service centre at support@icore.se.
Q: Can I use iCore invoke in iCCS?
A: iCore Invoke is currently only available to B2B communication customers.
Q: Are the iCCS Systems backed up?
A: All transactions logs are backed up 35 days. Nightly system exports are optional.
Q: What is the default Debug level for iCore Cloud systems?
A: The default debug level is: 1=Minimized. This will be enforced daily at 06:00.
